Code Red for Australian housing affordability

So more and more people will be borrowing to buy apartments which are, as they say "a bad investment" because they won't be able to afford house and land.  They will be lumbered with debt as well as body corporate fees etc. just to escape the rental market in an attempt at some stability in their lives.
