Poles protest the invitation of genocidal Prime Minister of Israel to commemorate the 1945 liberation of the Auschwitz-Birkenau death camp

While the International Criminal Court (ICC) has issued a warrant for the arrest, for the genocide of Palestinians in Gaza, of Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk has guaranteed him safe passage to travel to an event to mark the 80th anniversary of the allied liberation of the Auschwitz-Birkenau death camp. Many Poles object to the planned presence, at such a commemoration, of someone who has, since 7 October 2023, caused the deaths of over 46,000 Palestinians in Gaza. In fact, contrary to the narrative of the state of Israel, the zionists of the Nazi era actually welcomed Hitler's seizure of power in 1933. They believed that Nazi rule in Germany would encourage greater numbers of jews to flee Germany to Palestine to help them to establish the state of Israel. During subsequent years, where European jews wanted, instead of going to Palestine, to flee to Britain or to the US, zionists sabotaged those efforts. They only acted, often with the help of nazi Germany, to rescue those jews who, instead, wanted to go to Palestine.
